You are posting the question under this particular DPP product model, and I am going to help you by decoding the title line, so you may read the title line to make sure you buy the right one (DPP has many different models). The title line clearly identified it fit P226 and P320, so the first part of your question gets "yes". You need to understand DPP mounts by replacing the original sight, you may needs a smith like me to help you do it, depends on how skillful you are and tools you have. Second part, you did not say what RMR (brand) you have, so I can't answer it but tell you to check with your RMR maker (if it is not Vortex Viper / Burris Fastfire / Ade) if it has the same footprint as any of these 3 model. Otherwise you need to search for another DPP model. Footprint is a little complicated, especially when your RMR is not a name brand, good thing about it is they usually will follow name brand's footprint. Installing DPP only needs "screw driver" that is included, and DPP is such good product as it comes with all fitting screws in small bag that are marked individually. If title line indicates it, it fits.
