I picked these mats for the replacements, and am very happy I made this choice. They are thick, there is absolutely no discoloration, odors or burning while baking, and the food slides right off. Another great perk is that they are extremely easy to clean. I baked some onion rings on one of them tonight and had brown gunky hardened material left behind after sliding the onion rings off. It only took a swipe with a soapy dish rag to come right off, no scrubbing necessary.I keep them rolled to store, and the mats come out completely flat when unrolled for use. I love these, and will be buying more, not only because they are a very high quality made product, but the customer service is stellar. That in itself is so rare today to be almost unbelievable. When you write to ask a question and the owner of the company emails you within five minutes, thenbingo........they have my business for life. Buy these in multiples, you won't be disappointed!
