I used this for about two months and I think it ended up making my lower back worse. I ditched it, adjusted my seat more upright, maxed out my lumbar and I'm better off without. If your pressure gets worse, seek out the most notable chiropractor you can! Good luck :) **Q: What is the dimensions of the "B" style auto pillow?** A: I do not know the answer because I apparently purchased the "A" style auto pillow (much lower in height). This newer and larger version of the auto pillow looks to be more comfortable than my lower pillow.
