Looks like top notch quality, as expected. Minor complaint is that for some reason 5-11 garments come with an advisory note to close all zippers, button all buttons and turn the garment inside out before washing. Bad advice. Almost all my previous 5-11 garments ended up with lost buttons because of that. The most important advice is to wash in cold water, leave all buttons unbuttoned, zipper open and do not turn inside out. And TUMBLE DRY. My older 5-11 pants are not wearable because they're now two sizes too small. They shrunk due to hot wash/regular dry cycle in the clothes dryer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good quality ... but need to de-lint after each call. *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on May 28, 2018* I have come to expect good quality from the 5.11 brand. These pants live up to that quality level. There are couple of things that I am finding the more I wear them... the material is very good quality however; it collects a ton of lint, fur, hair, little fuzzy things. By the end of shift my pants are covered in it. I have started bringing a lint roller with me. If a patient has pets... forget about it. My comment is around presenting a professional image requiring you to de-lint yourself between calls. The second note is the cargo pockets don't have loops on them, which if you are a whacker you carry trauma shears or stethoscope in them... a nit but point of consideration. In closing, I feel 5.11 is a great source of supply for quality EMT pants, these pants due to the material may not be their best pair for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐ They took away the small right-hand pocket and made the cell pocket smaller! I've been wearing these pants for about 5 years now, and just ordered a pair in the grey.The color is good and construction is typically 5.11 rugged. But as my headline said, they took away the small right-hand pocket and made the cell pocket smaller! That little knife and flashlight pocket that used to be right below the right normal pocket is gone. Why?Also the Velcro-closing cell pocket is so much smaller that my Samsung G7 has to be shoved in and struggled out because that pocket has been reduced about 1/3 inch in width and maybe more in depth. The Velcro flap has to be stretched hard and the phone pushed down in order to get it to fasten over the phone. It fits fine in my pre-2019 tactical pants. What the hell is happening here?This is absolutely ridiculous.
