I checked the box to see if the cap had fallen off, but it was not in the box. When I tried to return/exchange it, it said it was not available for return because of sanitary issues. This is expensive hair mousse and it should be shipped with the cap on to protect it. Also, it is unsanitary to ship it without the cap.
