Not even if you try to cut it out. It’s glued to the whole shoe. I’m going to have to throw mine away after only a month because they can’t be cleaned. I’m furious. **Q: How does sizing work? Eg 5/10 UK what size is that?** A: I'm not sure either but I ordered a 3/5 and it turned up as a UK men's 5/women's 6 if that helps? **Q: I’m seriously confused by the sizing I’m a eu 39 can you possibly suggest a size?** A: I bought 4 UK Men/ 5 UK Women and would say they are more like a women size 6. I also bought woman size 5 of the same model. The 5 fits fine though snug but if you like a bit more room and given they are lined go a size bigger.
