Purchased another brand and the bands ended up being too long for the actual stride for a 5’6” athlete** A: From the end of one clip to the other, it is 10 3/4 inches. The bands are about 7 inches. **Q: Would this fit someone with thicker thighs?** A: They fit any size. I use them for myself(thick thighs) and I used them with one of the children (3rd grader)I train for basketball and they fit just fine.
