I would say the quality of the stuff here is better and my teenage daughter certainly preferred the tea it made. However, you didn't get quite as much stuff, maybe a quality vs quantity equation but one thing I was surprised about was no actual tea bags. We used our own regular black tea and to be fair its not listed in the set, I just didn't notice. The other kit did come with a small selection of green tea, jasmine etc, which can't add too much to the price.
