**Q: Really confused by the VCC in, is it 5V as in the description or 12V? I am applying 5V DC on VCC and 3V signal without a click on the relays.**
A: The relay attached to your question requires 12vdc input to the coil.  They are available with 5vdc coil input voltage.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Is there an on-board way to make both relays work simultaneously, aside from a jumper wire between the two IN ports?**
A: I’m not sure I really follow the purpose of your “ Without a Jumper “ . To make both work together they need to be linked OR the device you are triggering from needs to send 2 independent triggers. If the objective is just to avoid a physical jumper then the other option is a solder link on the underside.

**Q: can the input handle 9v?**
A: Stick a resistor inline !
