Or in standard ovens for breads, cookies and other goods   Its best to set the stone while the cooker comes to temperature for even heating. At least 30 minutes.   Use the 13" stone for pizza on virtually all grills and outdoor cookers with an 14" or larger cooking area . Don't forget to add a barrier between the stone and pizza dough, so the dough does not stick to the stone. Corn meal or parchment paper works for a barrier.   Ceramics are high refractory, mullite/cordierite formula. 13" diameter, 0.67 " thickness. Matching 14" Stainless Drip Pan available.
