As somebody who used to be a night owl but has adopted the new habit of waking up anywhere from 5 to 6 am, controlling the light levels and using them to help me wake up in the morning when it's still dark outside has been pivotal in helping me to make the change. At night my living room lights turn to red when it's time to start winding down and getting ready to feel tired. They are not natively set up to run with Siri commands (I don't have Alexa or Google Home) however you can set up various 'tap-to-run' automations and add a Siri shortcut to each of those, which may take a bit longer to set up for each individual function you want to make a shortcut for but once set up it is truly amazing to just say hey Siri, turn blue lights on or Hey Siri, turn all lights off; which you could obviously customize to be whatever phrase or command you want.
