Everything else was perfect, but I had to return it to order the same edition of my other Witcher books. Review: When I found out that The Witcher nexflix series was also a book, I ran out and grabbed a copy of last wish. Unfortunately due to its poorly constructed writing, I couldnt make heads or tales of what I was reading. I was very lost and confused and gave up about half way thru. I decided to skip ahead to the core story line, which was honestly pretty great. Thats about the time all the books dropped in hard back, and I decided to replace the ones I had, and give last wish another try. I have to say that these newly constructed books are so much better. They break down the stories by story, and then into mini chapters, instead of mashing them all together like one giant run on scentence, which was an amazing relief. On top of the beautifully done new layout, the books also have amazing artwork from each of the stories that is really just breathtaking. The cover has a neat quote that tho out of context is still a nice touch, and change of pace. I would highly recommend these to anyone that is a fantasy reader, fan of the games, and just wants to know where and how it all started (I know I did), or if youre a fan of the show and want to know whats coming next. Honestly prefer these to the netflix series.
