We used it weekly as part of our sunday morning brunch routine for years. The locking clasp broke so we needed to replace our old product with a new one..., which Amazon carries! Extremely well made, the product heats evenly is easy to unstick with a very light brushing of oil and take only about 3 minutes to make a batch of waffles. A must have in your kitchen.
