I love making my own butter and this is a really good quality mold.  I got a second mold to try out after I bought this one to have as a back up, a cheaper knock off, and it is awful to use.  On this one, the wells are nice and wide and and farther apart than the knock off which makes it considerably easier to use and portion your butter.  This mold makes normal sticks of butter that are even in width, not oblong skinny tall sticks like the knock offs.  I DO NOT recommend putting it in the dishwasher.  I love silicone stuff and they always come out with spots on them.  They say dishwasher safe, but I'm not cool with those spots coming in contact with mah food stuffs.  Just soak it and clean it the ole fashioned way.

Perfect! I used this to make some butter and had an excellent experience. The butter was really easy to pop out. The only thing I can't figure out is the size of the sticks that are made. I melted and 3 sticks of butter and it filled 2 of these bars. I think i'm in for some potent cookies soon. The website doesn't have that info and neither do the questions asked here on Amazon. Doesn't matter much though, I love this green butter mold!

This is a great mold for butter and coconut oil, love the measuring markings. However it did come in damaged, the damage doesn't make it unusable just a little disappointed that it wasn't inspected a little closer prior to shipping. We froze our product then removed from freezer for a few minutes and cubes came right out.
