In fact, I had to use the extra bag of filling almost immediately after I received the pillow. Even with that additional filling, the pillow eventually became very soft and quite flat.I would really like this pillow to work for me in the long run because it is otherwise comfortable and supportive enough. If I could refill it, I would happily continue using it.
