Glad I got it and will be purchasing the rest of the series from this author. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Is it worth it? ( Sewing Edition) *by C***A on May 26, 2022* The importance of fabric was a good section as one will quickly learn. Each fabric has certain properties and you have to learn them to know what will work. The work tools section was a standard section showing which tools you will need. Since this is an intermediate book though. I think this section wasn't needed and should definitely have been covered in book one, as it is beginner information. Then you go into the 7 projects to be completed. I was a bit disappointed as I did not like the garments to be completed. Such is the importance of finding instruction and inspiration that blends well with your aesthetics. Lastly the glossary of fabrics. Its 6 pages so nothing in depth but again for an intermediate book, I was expecting something more...perhaps a section detailing how to drape with tricky fabrics like sequins. The book does exactly what it says it will do. The photos were clear, the explanations were helpful and a balanced book overall. Is it worth it? For me no. I was looking for a book that would introduce interesting draping designs and the designs presented were not to my taste. A lot of them seemed to look frumpy and overly draped. However, that may be anothers style and the books instruction is easy to follow.
