It's upper notes are similar to Azzaro Chrome, almost a wet smell that is fresh and invigorating but the top note quickly fades away. I don't really smell a mid note, it just settles straight into the base note after that which is lemon, a green note and finally some ginger. To me, I smell lemongrass and ginger at the base so if you spray this one liberally you will end up smelling like lemongrass. Still a great scent for the price but I probably will not buy again since we use lemongrass in restrooms and I associate that scent with that, but that's just my experience and how I associate this particular smell. For the price it's probably one of the best under $20 I've tried. Great for just smelling fresh after a shower but it's not an attention getter say for a date night or something like that.
