It uses a proprietary locking system for the heads (not sure why these are not standardized yet!). In my case, I use a cob duster (WAGIC 31337). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy! I can finally clean the beams and ceiling fans and change light bulbs in my very high vaulted ceilings without having to climb a ladder. I've had other extension poles, but they were flimsy and didn't allow me to do jobs well. This pole is very sturdy and extends in more than one location, so it doesn't become flimsy as it extends. When I use the attachments, they can do their jobs without fear of the pole breaking or collapsing. I recently had a major renovation done and the dust that collected on my beams was thick. It took no time at all to clean it away using my WAGIC Pole and microfiber duster attachment. I don't usually get so excited about cleaning products, but after 11 years of occasionally attempting and struggling to clean my beams (over 20 feet up), I now have a tool that makes it easy.
