The stuff sack is easy to get it into, and I can carry it in a leg cargo pocket **Q: "one size fits all"? how big is it, do you think it will fit a XXL size?** A: I agree with the other responses, in the tent-like structure of this poncho, which is 39" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom front; 51" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom back, and 45" under the arms, would fit an XXL with ease. I think that if you have long arms, the dimensions that might concern you, which are not related to size, are the width from wrist to wrist, which is 64"; and, size of the forearm area, which starts at about 10" high, extends about 9", ending at 4" high at the wrist, and then is gathered by elastic which is 3 and 1/4". The elastic extends comfortably to 5".
