These makes it very easy to create different variations on the exercises. You can really feel your muscles are really getting a workout. The only problem I had was with locking the straps around the door. But what I discovered, after watching an installation video, is that I was making it more difficult then it really was. It is actually very simple and easy to do.

A: It works like a moving strap or tie down harness.  You put it around the door and tighten it up. It then has an assortment of loops to either put your resistance band through or hook up a carabiner to then lock to your bands that have metal loops.  I found that the top ring and the bottom ring work best.  Anything in between and the strap just won’t hold the tension.  I sent mine back for that reason. The whole point for these door straps it to maintain tension so you working the band not fighting the slack from the door.

A: Hi, the corresponding strengths of the elastic bands are: black 50 pounds, blue 40 pounds, green 30 pounds, red 20 pounds, and yellow 10 pounds. You can choose several elastic bands for combined training, and the strength range is 10-100 pounds. Hope this answer is helpful to you, thank you.

A: Yes, it is generally suitable. But the bottom anchor point will be far away from the ground (about 1.6 feet above the ground). The item total length is about 16.4 feet, which means it can fit an 8 foot high door, but the thickness of the door panel should not exceed 2.5 inches.
