However, they are sturdy and have quite the height when fully extended. The lights are bright and the app is easy to set up and use. The only thing I would note is that the "diffuser" sheet isn't going to soften the light as well as a softbox would - that should be expected but the advertising images could be misleading. That being said, the lights are adjustable so you can compensate for that.

A: Yes two tripods and two AC adapters are included.

**Q: Can this stage lighting be portable for shooting outside?**
A: Yes, but you have to buy four batteries (two for each unit), which is pretty pricey. These are Sony camcorder batteries.

**Q: How stable of the optical light? Will it be dazzling?**
A: No. We have the Diffuser

**Q: Can I control both of these at the same time with the mobile app?**
A: I got the app working but one at a time. You’d think both light controls would appear on the app screen together on the screen but no. Easier to just use your fingers. If one light is up high on a stand just use the app for one light and manually adjust the other. Good lights for the money, metal and sturdy, not crazy bright but great for on the go interviews.
