It wouldn't connect to my launch pad vii and when I tried it on another vehicle it actually blew my ccn fuse. Upon inspection, found that one of the pins on the device where it plugs into the obd2 port was actually bent over touching another pin. Could smell something burning inside device so I opened it and found a component on the board itself had been fried so I don't know if the failure was already there or if the bent pin caused it. Either way its bs that someone can charge nearly $1000 for a product with such poor quality control. I bout this after spending close to $3000 on the pad vii. And I really needed a device for standalone ecm testing and coding hence why I purchased this. For the price of these two items and this one being junk from day one. I should have just went with autel. I know theres no chance of money back or replacement of the device with a functional one, so as far as im concerned its a rip off.
