XT268T has the XDT14 impact driver which has multiple modes of operation vs the single mode XDT13 in the XT267T combo. XT275T has a different hammer drill, the XPH12 (about half the torque of the XPH07) but the same XDT14 impact driver as the XT268T combo. All 3 sets use the same 5.0ah battery and charger. I have the XPH12 and XPH07 hammer drills and the XDT14 impact driver. I tend to reach for the XPH12 more frequently as it's smaller and lighter and easier to use than its big brother the XPH07. I only go for the XPH07 if I'm using bigger masonry bits or hole saws. The multiple operation modes on the XDT14 are very useful to avoid over driving things.
