This is so good. I ordered a second one. It is also loud enough when it goes off that I can hear it not in the same room. I use my timers for cooking to keep track of my laundry or just simply to remind me when I have to leave the house. But this one is stainless steel with those large colorful buttons (I got the plum color) and with the strong magnet I can slap it on my refrigerator which is black stainless steel, where it's handy and actually a nice decoration for the fridge door.Simple and easy to use with large bright numbers you could read across a room. And the beeper is loud but not obnoxious and can be easily heard from my kitchen to upstairs office. Setting the desired time is easy and quick and the device is silent when you are setting the time which I like - I hated the beeping sounds in previous models every time I was setting it up. It also has an auto shutoff after 5 min of non-use. I prefer both the auto and a manual shutoff, but I quickly got used to not having the manual shutoff. It has a strong magnet to hang on stove, fridge or anything metal plus the option that it has a pull out stand to set it on the counter. Very easy to set the amount of time and to clear it. Nice large numbers that can be read from a distance. Automatic turn off so battery won’t wear down and most important the ringing alarm is loud & has a long continuous ring. I’ve bought a few kitchen timers recently this one outshines the rest.
