I've given all of my other pastas away and I'm reordering this. It's not quite as good as wheat pasta, but it's the best gluten free pasta I've tried, and I've tried quite a few. Riso Bello has been the best thus far. Yes, it is a little bit expensive. But, the texture is right, and it holds up as leftovers. Riso Bello has no weird after taste, and while it isn't perfect, it is very good.
