Truth be told, I was expecting a piece of junk that I'd probably end up throwing out. However, I was surprised that for the price it's not bad. I keep it in my office and use it throughout the work day. There isn't much resistance, but enough that if you do 15 to 20 reps for multiple reps throughout the work day, you feel it. I'm at my desk for many hours during the day, so this helps (anything helps).
