It comes with easy to install instructions; a piece of paper you tape to the wall and drill where you see the dots, remove paper and install. The center completely detaches so that you can put on a new roll. It is not hard to put the center rod back between the holders on either side.

I especially like that the rod doesn’t fall apart when you take it out to change the roll. The chrome plating is nice and shiny and hasn’t tarnished or dulled in the months that we’ve used it. The price ($12.99 at time of purchase) is a great deal on a genuine Moen fixture. Very pleased with this purchase.

Very nice toilet paper holder. It was extremely easy to install and feels very sturdy. I especially like that the rod doesn’t fall apart when you take it out to change the roll. Very pleased with this purchase.

This toilet paper holder seemed a bit flimsier than the other Moen hardware that we recently bought and installed. It looked okay, but the backing plates did not seem to snap as securely in place as a more expensive one that we ultimately used.
