**Q: Is this product trustworthy? Can it improve the body?**
A: Yes it's a good product. A bit uncomfortable to wear for any length of time but definitely helped my posture.

**Q: Does it stop your shoulders hunching?**
A: It doesn't 'force' your shoulders back, in my experience it firmly reminds you to stand straight. You need to wear it quite often to get into the habit.

**Q: Could you sleep with this on? I want to stop hunching my shoulders at nice to reduce neck pain**
A: I don’t know the answer to that but they do advise you not to wear it for long periods of time.

**Q: Is this really dry clean only? I can't believe it can't be washed?**
A: I didn’t realise it was dry clean. I will wash but haven’t used mine much as it’s been so hot . Will just risk it I think.
