It seems all the equipment with the exception of the (in my case) two cameras will run on the same usb hub. I first had issues with the cameras in Windows 10, which apparently was a common problem. I downloaded the update for the software and seems to have solved some of the problems. I don't know what to advise on the cameras for connection. I have only two usb ports on my Dell laptop. I run everything on a 7 port hub including my mouse but for the cameras I put them on a separate 3.0 three way hub. I did see somewhere for better results to plug the cameras in the right side of the laptop. I'm not sure why it makes a difference. Bottom line, I cant use all the David SLS-3 equipment on one hub even if there is enough usb ports. I have the best success running the cameras on a separate hub with only the two cameras attached. I can most always get one camera to work but most of the time, I have to get out of the program and get back in to pick up both cameras.
