    Disappointing

I like the functionality of these shoe racks, however, mine came with no instructions and they were missing the hardware to connect them together.  Disappointing purchase, but I made them work (with my own screws!) rather than send them back.

Poorly made - the ends of the crossbars do not fit the holes in the panels.  The crossbars and the end panels were poorly sanded.  No hardware was included.
