This involved surgical drains that had to stay in place for two weeks. This pillow was perfect! I got so comfortable that I was able to sleep thru the night wirh no problem at all. Now the drains are gone but I will never give up this pillow. It supports my back and neck perfectly and allows me to sleep without awakening with a sore back or stiff neck. Not only that, the angle prevents me from snoring! I recommend this for anyone who has surgery, snores or generally is uncomfortable with regular pillows. It is definitely worth the money.We bought another for my partner because I felt guilty for being so comfortable. I bought something else prior but it was furry and caused me to get a migraine. Everything has that acrylic stuff but not this so soft and comfortable I opened it and fell asleep. Love the arms like something to hold on too . Plus when I woke up I was able to sit against it comfortably and watch tv with my dog on my lap. Really I’m so glad I didn’t give up on my searching and no I wasn’t paid to write this . Just believe in paying it forward to anyone that might be like I was .
