**Q: How does this compare to the optimum nutrition pre-workout?**
A: Better

**Q: How is this for post workout?**
A: This is definitely not. a Post workout drink,  rather, it’s a pre-workout.  It has 300 mg caffeine, amino acids, creating etc.

**Q: Is it clear?**
A: If i remember correctly yes .... Or little bit pinkish

**Q: Can this replace bcaa and creatine supplements also or are the mg too low?**
A: I wouldn’t replace your BCAA or Creatine with this. I found this pre workout wasn’t that great and didn’t hit that great. ESP Extreme or gat psychon hit good.

Tastes like bang, works like bang, but doesn't make the carbonation like bang. Like if you ever had bang from the can it has that carbonation taste but if you mix it in water, it doesn't do that.I guess I can just mix it sparkling water.It's a convenient price. If you workout daily and drink bang every time, you're spending $2-$3 per can which adds up eventually.I workout 3-4 times a week and this lasts me a month and half.

It's better off to stick to the liquid cans the powder clumps up but it does the job somewhat

Came hard as a rock. I tried scooping some of it up into the scoop to try the product. This stuff wasn't a powder, it did dissolve in the 8oz of water. Had a super bad after taste. I was hoping I'd like it as much as I did the canned Bang drink of the same flavor. Didn't even taste remotely like it. I still recommend the canned Bang drinks though, they taste great!
