I cannot imagine what they expected to receive. I purchased mine some time ago now and use it frequently. I mostly use it with the tip off as the hole is too small. I could cut the tip to make the hole bigger but it works fine without the tip on. I use the tip when I want to blow sand off of things. I give it four stars instead of five because the hole in the tip is too small and the bulb is hard to squeeze with a little arthritis going on. It’s pretty stiff for me, but I manage.
