(Reference Amazon listing LG V20 Screen Protector, LK [2 PACK] Tempered Glass with Lifetime Replacement Warranty [Updated Vision])1. Instructions say to clean the screen with a wet wipe, then a dry wipe, then a micro fiber cloth. a. The instructions should say to only do this if the screen is dirty. If it is a brand new out-of-the-box phone that is PRISTINE, you should NOT try to clean it with your products. After cleaning and wiping off the wetness with the dry cloth, there was visible residue on my screen, which was much WORSE than when I started. b. Upon a second attempt to wipe-off the smudges left behind by your wipes, the dry wipe scratched my brand new screen in one tiny spot. It looks like a tiny spider got squished in the upper-left of my screen. I tried to wipe it away and it seems like it was getting a little worse, so I waved the white flag and stopped for fear of further damaging my screen. c. You had no microfiber cloth in the kit. I luckily had my own from my glasses, which I then used to try to clean the screen of smudging. My microfiber cloth cleaned most of the smudging off but could do nothing for the scratch.2. Your glass cutout is supposed to be cut out exactly to fit the phone. a. The cutout for the camera and proximity/ambient light sensor is not big enough. No matter what, the sensor (on the side closer to the middle of the phone) has the vertical and curved part of the cutout edge going right over the bottom sensor. If I try to move it away, then the rest of my screen if not centered and the touch screen is not fully protected. b. The two sides of the screen protector are not perfectly parallel; yet because they are not oversized, there is always a tiny bit of exposed touch screen that you cannot touch at the edge since the screen protector is thick glass and you can’t reach the exposed area because of the edge of the raised surface. c. At the top of the screen protector (top-left of the mini-screen on my phone), it absolutely will NOT adhere to the phone. It seems that the glass material of your screen protector is a little too stiff to fully conform to the shape of the phone, especially In the third dimension. Looks like I will have to look at a permanently-cloudy part of the screen there until I switch screen protectors. [Update: Halo effect seen elsewhere around the edges after half a day of use.]I am using your product because I need to use something on my new phone, since I have no other alternative right now. But honestly, you need to fix some things on the instructions, the quality of your cleaning materials, and the dimensional accuracy of the design itself before selling this product to the general public. I think the material of the screen protector is good and my phone responds well to touch, so I like that part, but for the reasons above, this product is a no-go for me.UPDATE:After using the screen protector for less than 24 hrs, the bottom edge chipped and a small piece of glass fell off. Now, having used the phone for only a week, two more much larger chips just appeared at the bottom of the screen guard, and dirt is amassing on the exposed screen surfaces. Additionally, dirt has been sticking to the underedge of the screen protector at the top and bottom of the phone where there is an overhang in each area. Lastly, an unsightly crack just appeared at the bottom of the screen protector that goes up on a diagonal about half an inch. Seems to me that the glass can't take tapping, which is what we do everyday on a phone! I originally gave this product 2 stars, but it has been demoted to 1, and would have been 0 stars if could leave a rating that low. STAY AWAY. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leave a hair up from the LG logo and 1/16" from the sides and it will lay 100% flat *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 28, 2016* Works very very well when you get it right.- make SURE to read and follow the step by step instructions included in the kit and it will work fine -mine is 100% all the way stuck down with no bubbles.Remember to hold straight down on the protector with your hand gripping lightly the sides when you use your other hand to peel off the plastic backing and take your time lining up the protector before you apply the stickers that serve as hinges to make sure it lays flat. It will magically clear up and be completely adhered to the pbone.The bottom edge is about a hair above the LG logo. Maybe 1/16" from the sides. Just be patient. There's two protectors in the box. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great protectors *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2016* The glass covers the main screen and second screen perfectly. It has silicone adhesive over the entire protector which means it is perfectly clear without any rainbow effect you see on the tempered glass with just strips of adhesive. Due to the curved nature of the V20's screen, it leaves the top 5mm and bottom 15mm uncovered. I don't see this as a problem. It has a cutout for the front camera and sensors so it won't interfere with their functionality. These are also case friendly. With the VRS design case on it leaves about 1.5mm on both sides. Exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
