This is an Asian product and not a texture that we Americans are used to. But I love them. Not sure how I was introduced to them, but glad I was directed to them, otherwise I never would have thought to buy them. Didn't know they existed. They come in a pouch and you have to cut the top and either use the pouch as your serving container, or spoon them into a bowl. Eat them with a spoon. They are small (half inch) jelly blocks in a few ounces of flavored water. It's the water that really provides the taste. (I've tried the Grape and Lychee so far.) The jelly blocks remind me of Knox-Blox, if you ever had those as a kid. Like Jell-O, but with extra gelatin that requires chewing rather than melting in your mouth. If you don't think you'd like that kind of mouth-feel, these are probably not for you. But I like them.
