The very best part of this shower is the shower experience. I thought a 12" shower head was going to be too large but it is absolutely perfect. The flow feels so much like a warm gentle waterfall yet the flow is strong enough to rinse soap and shampoo off very quickly. The only down side is that we take really long showers now (wasting a bit of water!) just to enjoy and relax. The shower wand is wonderful. It is comfortable to hold, the flow is excellent and I use it to mostly to rinse off the shower walls before I exit and as a last rinse of my hair. The controls are simple and easy to use. I didn't think that I would like the squared features but they not only look great, are easy to keep clean and also respond immediately when moved. I am so happy that we chose this model rather than the 10 inch one. For the relatively small difference in price, it was more than worth it and I can truly give it a 5+ star recommendation.
