**Q: Will this detect 404a?**
A: Hi Ralph, thank you for your question. This part number (724-202-G1) comes with the standard refrigerant sensor. With this sensor, D-TEK Stratus will detect R404a, along with all other CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, and HFOs (including A2Ls). **Q: Hello, what sensor do I need for R-600?**
A: Hello and thank you for your question. The flammable refrigerant sensor (724-701-G3) will detect R600a. To use the flammable refrigerant sensor, firmware version 1.4 (or greater) is required for D-TEK Stratus. For D-TEK 3, firmware version 2.0 (or greater) is required. If you purchase the flammable refrigerant sensor and require a firmware update, give us a call and we can update your unit for free.
