The strap I ordered AND the replacement they sent me both came apart in my hand. *by A***T on Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2016* The ball (ROTABALL) in the socket kept getting stuck. When I tried to loosen it, it came out in my hand. It was attached to my Canon 1DX Mark II with my 70-200 f/2.8 lens. What if it had come off later or earlier while I was walking and not holding on to it? $8,500 would have gone crashing to the asphalt.My quest for a decent professional camera strap continues with no end (or hope) in sight.Update: Sun-sniper was incredibly responsive to my complaint. They conferred with me, asked me to send them some photos, determined that the part was defective and sent me replacements. Not just for this strap, but for all the straps I had ordered. Really above and beyond on their part. As for the straps, they are comfortable but lack a way to tighten down and rapidly release for use like the Carry Speed has. I would probably bump my rating up to 3 stars at the minimum. They also sent me a part that I did not order designed to clip on my belt and snug up the camera so it doesn't swing freely when moving. I am yet to try this part. Thank you so much Sun-Sniper for the incredible service.Update: it happened again. Same exact scenario. 1DX MK II with a 700-200mm F/2.8L. The socket stuck. Then came out in my hand. This is clearly a design flaw not a defect. Not recommended.
