Batteries have been changed, and there are no noticeable loose components. Suggestions??** A: Ours stopped on our first one early on, which we exchanged and got a replacement. The second one worked for a few months and then did the same thing. We threw it away! **Q: The screws on the battery pack are way too tight to get unscrewed to insert batteries. Any suggestions?** A: I think that the screw is a #00, so I would put a #00 bit with a 1/4 inch shank, into a quarter inch socket, that should provide more than adequate leverage. I have not had this specific problem with this product, but in other situations where the screws ssemed to be siezed, I have cut through the tabs, then used some gaffers tape over the cover and screws to hold the cover down. Regards- **Q: Battery pack doesn't work.
