**Q: What if battery is dead?**
A: They suggest using a battery a 9V battery you’d hold it to bottom of device to temporarily power it up open box and install new batteries

**Q: Does Populife key box low battery warning come from the unit? Is it a sound or visual?**
A: I missed any warnings. My key box battery died and I had to use a 9 volt battery on the outside of the unit to enter the code and ultimately open the key box. It wasn’t easy.

**Q: do you need to have the lockbox with you to set up the app and control it, or could i ship this to a property out of state and still control it?**
A: You cannot control it remotely without buying the separate gateway that connects to your wifi and connectivity via that gateway is hit or miss so you will want to be close to it to set it up.  This LB has potential but they have alot of work to do.

**Q: Does this work from another state? i want to put on in nc and i am in ny.**
A: Yes, no problem. it is designed for remote usage, you can grant access without wifi to your visitors while you are in different state.  This is because there is encrypted algorithm embeded in the chip for this functionality.
