Each one comes with a small velcro attachment and charging cable, charging didn't take long. I haven't been able to test how long it takes for the battery to drain as I've only flown with one of them for about 30 or so minutes on strobe mode right after sunset, the one that you see in the attached video which is the strobe flashing all colors, white, green and red all at once but seeing the red and green on this would be hard because the white itself is so bright and is three LEDs. There is a small button to turn it on holding it for a second or two and short press to cycle through the light options (steady on, flashing and strobe) on each color white, red, green and then all of them together. A long press on the button when it's on will turn it off. They are small and easy to attach with the supplied velcro. I did have them flashing on strobe for more than an hour without the battery dying, my drone batteries don't last that long and I don't plan on flying much at night, got these to be in compliance with FAA rules when I do start flying more at night. I've only attached one to the top of my drone, may add the other two as navigation lights on the arms and have them flash instead of strobe, one green and one red.
