What more could I ask for? The smooth side is perfect for eggs, hash browns, French toast, grilled cheese and pancakes; the other side is great for burgers, bacon and sausage, anything that has some fat that runs off, right into the drip corner. It fit on my stove in the house, on my grill and in my RV; it covers 2 burners and is nice and wide. I got 6 pieces of French toast nicely browned and ready to serve all at the same time. Clean-up is a breeze, dump the drippings and wash. This is the right griddle.
