Seller contacted and a replacement sent, second toothbrush also not working so will be seeking a refund. Very frustrating as tooth brushes were stocking fillers for our 2 children so we now have one that will be very disappointed. Customer service was ok in sending a replacement, but product quality control obviously non existent.
