These are pretty good and I think I'll switch to them permanently. Pros: They're absorbent (no leaks) but I have a medium flow so keep that in mind, they stick well - never moved or fell off, in fact some were a little hard to get off my underwear because of how sticky they were, no plastic and no irritation. Cons: the regular size is too short for me, they're about an inch or two shorter than the always brand ones I used, they're a little bit rough (the always plastic ones are softer) Review: Go green! - Great product! I was scared at the beginning after reading a few reviews, that it might not be sufficient for my flow. Yes, that's true - this pad is certainly not for heavy flow. But, it worked out for me. Very comfortable, light weight, good absorbent, and just the thought that the product is natural makes me quite relieved. Just make sure that you always have a spare. This will be okay for regular flow, but might have to change more frequently - than the other synthetic popular pads. Also, the adhesive is not great, especially the wings.
