How do I reset my code?** A: Step#1:Turn dials and align numbers to 0000 with the guide line. Step#2:Pull up shackle and turn 90 degrees facing front of lock to align projection on shackle to the notch on the lock body. Step#3:Press the shackle down and turn 90 degrees facing number guide line so it's in a fixed position. Step #4: Now turn dials to reset combination. Step #5: Return shackle back to original position. Your personal combination is now ready to use. **Q: Can the lock get wet ?** A: I keep my lock under an awning and after 1 storm, the dials seemed to erode/get crusty. This definitely made it harder to open. **Q: How often can you reset the code? I want to use it for short term renters and reset it each time.** A: You can keep resetting but you have to of course remember the code each time. There is no limit. Thank you! **Q: do all lockbox shackles fit door handle 'neck'** A: Yes, it should as long as there is enough space between the door and the door knob.
