The USB connector housing on one end is 1.5 inches. You can see this bundle: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXT2HCPG **Q: What's the maximum number of watts that this cable will deliver? can it deliver 100 w from a 100 w charger, or will it only deliver a maximum of 45 w?** A: The surface have two charging powers 15v2.58A and 15v4a, the maximum power of my cable is 15v2.58A. Most usb-c chargers do not have the power of 15v4a. Basically, the nominal value of 60w is 20V3A. The surface requires 15V, so 15V4A is actually not available in USB-C charger.
