Vitamin c and e are probably the most important of the bunch since both play large role in your body's ability to heal wounds (IE acne marks!) and generate new collagen production, which in turn gives skin a more youthful look. D3 is important because most people don't get enough sun these days, so we lack that glow UV rays give us (taking vitamin d wont age you though like uva rays will!). As for vitamin a, it's important for many different things. Some report a decrease in acne just from taking it alone.Now, the reason I bought these were NOT because of those being included. They're just an added bonus. What I bought these for are the phytoceramides. As you age your body ages, it produces less ceramides in the skin. Skin loses its elasticity and starts to sag. Wrinkles form. Incorporating the right supplements (such as these) and proper skincare can do wonders.
