In the first 3 weeks of having it the turn knob that turns your phone on silent fell off just from taking it in and out of my pocket. I work construction so the entire purpose of the case is to keep dust and dirt out. The case is now pretty much useless to me now. On top of that, everyone I talk to says I sound muffeled and I have to open the charging port to be heard. And then to continue, you have to have long finger nails to open that port. The second day of use on the new case one drop and the front clear cover broke loose from the side of the case, no damage to the phone.
