I received this product today and used it only on the hood and the upper part of the metal between the driverside door and windshield. It completely removed the water spots!! You do have to use a little elbow grease if they are really stuck on there, aka baked on, but it worked and is totally worth the effort! I read comments prior to purchase, and the bad reviews stated it only smells like vinegar, which it does, but I can smell other chemicals in this bottle. I followed instructions to not wash but lightly spray off for major things like bird droppings that could not sit on the paint. After the first was nearly 3 weeks later, I realized I had a pretty significant water spotting issue. Especially on the roof. Washing and light buffing did not help. After doing a bit of research, I found Gtechniq W9 to be highly recommended by several. I'd used some of their other products and the price was right so I gave it a shot. Magic. Significant mineral deposits that were not coming off came off immediately. I let the product sit for no more than 10 seconds, wiped right off and it vanished. Amazing.
