That being said, if you are looking to get an idea of what 35L means in real terms, you could easily get a 30 pack of cans in here. If you also put ice in there, it would be heavy as heck and it wouldn't be comfortable to carry. I use this in the dry storage in my kayak to put clothes and towels, first aid kit, lunch, and so forth in. It works great for that. It's not a cooler, if you want a drybag cooler this is not it. I'm more interested in will it to the job at hand which is keeping the contents dry, which it does. The outside pocket is a nice feature. There is no external pocket for water bottles and I’m okay with that. One less weak link for water intrusion.I’ve done two 5 hour ATV rides so far and no fatigue whatsoever and did not notice any annoying pressure points. With proper adjustments, It stuck to my back through rough terrain.
